Privacy Policy
Nitiy does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal data. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it does not connect to the internet.
What stays on your Mac
- Your files. Nitiy reads the files and archives you choose and writes the results where you choose. They are never sent anywhere.
- Passwords. If you ask Nitiy to remember an archive's password, it is saved in your macOS Keychain on your Mac.
- Preferences. Settings and your sidebar favorites are stored locally on your Mac.
Third-party software
Nitiy includes the open-source 7-Zip (© Igor Pavlov, LGPL) and zstd (© Meta Platforms, BSD) to read and write some formats. They run locally and have no network access.
